GIVENCHY: THE PRE FALL COLLECTION, 2012

It could well be the colour, or the single star motif on the band of a skirt, though probably it’s the uniform fur hard hats, but this does feel very Soviet lady spy in official uniform. There’s a strictness, an attention to detail that you don’t really get with other uniforms. Watch Mash, they all look so unkempt. Admitedly it’s depicting a war but thats no reason to let standards slip is it. Whether one be interogating traitors or bowing ddown in front of your dear leader, one must always try to look their best. Represent their country in the best possible light. It’s called respect.
